200g less!

Yesterday I went to my weekly meeting and when it was time to check my weight, I was pretty excited as I thought I had at least dropped 1kg(2,2lb), but surprise! Only 200g(0,4lb). I was pretty shocked and dissapointed at the same time. The person who checks everyone's weight said that maybe it is just that I'm getting more muscle but I said "I don't want more muscle!". But she and someone else explained how important it is to have muscle.

I just kept thinking "what did I do wrong?!" I admit that on Saturday I had two desserts and I ate crips for three days in a row but I tried to compensate that with excercise and avoiding eating other stuff.

I must have eaten more than I thought I did or maybe I pretended everything was ok. I must think about this carefully so I don't make the same mistakes again.

Right now, I must focus on keep on going with my rutine. I'm over that as I understand this kind of stuff happens in the weightloss process.

I must keep the positive actitude!!!!
